Each year, MBUSA gathers representatives from all of their dealerships nationwide for a vision casting conference. In order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction, dealerships are enouraged to offer vehicle owners incentives for continuing their relationship with the brand after their vehicle purchase. Five of these "After-sales Marketing" incentives are showcased in a toolkit folder for dealers to easily carry and reference, both during and after the conference.
